Reflecting on the pivotal 12th hole, Homa lamented, “Would have loved the ball on 12 not to go in the foot of ivy.” He acknowledged the challenge of the hole, attributing the misfortune partly to unpredictable wind conditions.

Despite falling short at majors in the past, Homa’s performance at The Masters challenged the narrative. “The rhetoric on me… is I have not performed in these things [majors],” he acknowledged. “I performed for all four days.”
